Junior Estimator Cardiff (Office Based) £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Early Friday Finish + Excellent Training + Clear Progression + Bonus This is a great opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join a well-established subcontractor specialising in glazing, facades, and curtain walling, working on large projects across education, healthcare, commercial, and defense sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enquiries from initial review through to final quotation. You will undertake take-offs, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions. The business is open to candidates at a junior level, offering full training and development for the right individual. With that, the ideal candidate will have some exposure to estimating within construction and a strong desire to learn, alongside a hardworking and team-oriented mindset.
