Senior Administrator – Building Services Location: Leatherhead (with occasional travel to Inner London offices) Salary: £31,241.60 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to support our Building Services operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating repairs and maintenance works, supporting clients and residents, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services from start to finish. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and keeping multiple priorities on track. What You’ll Be Doing * Coordinating repair and maintenance works with clients, residents, and contractors * Managing job workflows from start to completion using internal systems * Raising work orders and maintaining accurate project records * Preparing quotations, variations, and Applications for Payment (AFP) * Producing weekly and monthly financial and job performance reports * Scheduling surveys and liaising with supervisors and operational teams * Maintaining job trackers and ensuring all work is accurately recorded and updated What We’re Looking For * Experience in a busy administrative or operational support role * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities * Confident communication skills with customers, clients, and contractors * High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Experience in housing, repairs, construction, or building services (desirable) What We Offer * Competitive salary of £31,241.60 * Stable, full-time permanent role * Opportunity to work in a dynamic building services environment * Career development and training opportunities * Supportive team culture
