Site Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced RC Frame Site Engineer to join a leading construction team delivering high-quality reinforced concrete structures. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong setting-out experience and a solid background in RC frame projects. Key Responsibilities: * Accurate setting out of RC frame structures, including walls, columns, and stairs * Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications * Ensuring works are carried out in line with design, quality, and safety standards * Liaising with site managers, subcontractors, and design teams * Managing and maintaining surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, etc.) * Conducting quality checks and resolving any setting-out discrepancies * Assisting with site documentation, reports, and progress tracking Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Engineer on RC frame projects * Strong knowledge of setting out for walls, columns, and staircases * Proficiency with surveying equipment and software * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * CSCS card (essential) Desirable: * Previous experience working on large-scale RC frame developments * SMSTS or SSSTS certification What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary/package * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects * Supportive and professional working environment * Career progression opportunities
