Applicants must have the right to work in the UK Job Title: Carpenter (Void Properties) Location: Various domestic properties (voids) Pay Rate: £25 per hour Start Date: To be confirmed Duties: * Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on void properties * Installing and repairing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and kitchens as required * Completing remedial works and general repairs to a high standard * Ensuring all work is completed efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Adhering to all site health and safety regulations * Reporting any additional works or issues to site management Requirements: * Valid CSCS card (essential) * Proven experience in carpentry, particularly within domestic or social housing void properties * Own tools and PPE preferred * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship * Good understanding of health and safety practices By applying for this role, you consent to us processing and storing your personal data for the purposes of work-finding services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
