Private Client Solicitor Swindon | Office Based with 1 Day Working from Home | Up to £70,000 DOE Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to be part of something from the very beginning? As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to play a key role in developing and growing their Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys providing expert, compassionate advice while helping shape the future of a modern and progressive firm. The Role You'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, providing clear, practical advice and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your workload will include: * Wills and estate planning * Lasting Powers of Attorney * Probate and estate administration * Trust creation and administration * Inheritance Tax planning * Court of Protection matters (desirable) * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department About You We're looking for someone who: * Is a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client * Can independently manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion * Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge across Private Client matters * Has outstanding client care and communication skills * Builds trusted, long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers * Is commercially aware and enjoys contributing to the growth of a successful practice * STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous but is not essential What's on Offer? * Competitive salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience * One day per week working from home * The opportunity to join a growing and ambitious law firm at an exciting stage of its journey * Genuine career progression and the chance to influence the development of the Private Client department * Supportive and collaborative working environment * High-quality work and an established client base * Long-term stability with a firm committed to investing in its people If this sounds like a role for you, don’t delay and get in touch for more information.
