Location: Kings Head, High Street, Cromer, Cromer, NR27 9HG Salary: £14 -16 per hour Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service here at the Kings Head. You'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. Youll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion and ensuring our guests come back for more. Role and Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Manage stocks, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar senior role in a busy restaurant or pub setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu development.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
