Working closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, this role focuses on enabling scalable, reliable and well‑governed Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, data quality and positive user experiences.\ N \nKey Responsibilities\ N\nAct as one of the administrators and subject‑matter experts for the Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains stable, scalable and aligned with business needs.\ NPartner with stakeholders across multiple teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.\ NConfigure and maintain Salesforce functionality including flows, automations, validation rules, security models and custom settings.\ NSupport continuous improvement of business processes through well‑designed Salesforce enhancements and data‑driven solutions.\ NEnsure high standards of data quality, governance and system documentation.\ NContribute to agile delivery practices, participating in planning, prioritisation and iterative improvement cycles.\ NSupport integrationsand related business systems where required, working collaboratively with wider technology teams.\ NProvide guidance, best practice advice and support to Salesforce users to drive adoption and effective use of the platform.\ N\n \nWhat will you need to succeed?\ NEssential Skills\ N\nSalesforce certified Admin and App Builder.\ N3+ years of administration experience in Salesforce.\ NExperience with flow, workflows, validation rules, custom settings, and salesforce formula language.\ NExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\ NExperience of liaising across multiple departments/disciplines.\ NMeticulous attentionto detail and an ability to adhere to agile/business processes.\ NAbility to prioritize and multi-task with a flexible approach to work.\ NLogical thinking andproblem-solving ability.\ NExperience of/training in agile IT delivery methodologies.\ N\n \nDesirable Skills\ N\nExperience of CPQ within Salesforce.\ NHigher than App Builder Certification including consultant certification\ NExperience creating flows and using APEX actions and LWC.
