Retail Security Officer

From preventing loss and responding to incidents, to identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working, you'll play a key role in protecting the retail environment. * Being digitally confident is essential. You'll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management. * You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently. * Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone. * Flexibility is vital. Retail moves fast and every day is different. You'll adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed. What we're looking for * Previous security experience is preferred * A valid SIA licence * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A calm, confident and professional approach * A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly * A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe Important Information All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.
