Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Pastry Chef to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Pastry Chef who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen, college or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The role is working 37.5 hours per week on a fortnightly shift pattern so you will get a good work life balance. You will also get alternate weekends off!

The Role
Working on the Pastry Section producing meals for restaurant and functions
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
Managing and ordering your own section
Working mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis
Experience
You will already be working as a Pastry xwzovoh Chef in a quality hotel, college or restaurant
Experience of cooking with all fresh produce to large volumes
Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
