Your workload will include project management, defect analysis, contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, and dilapidations. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and helping to develop new opportunities for the business.What you will need to succeed as a Chartered Building Surveyor To be considered for this role, you should have:MRICS Chartered statusStrong technical knowledge and experience across a variety of building surveying servicesProven experience in professional services and project work, including condition surveys, schedules of work, and contract administrationExcellent communication and report writing skillsThe ability to manage multiple clients and deadlinesA full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern IrelandWhat's in it for you?
