Capability & Quality Manager - East Leake

At Saint-Gobain we are looking for a Capability & Quality Manager to join our Customer Service team based in East Leake, helping to deliver excellent customer service across multiple brands.

The Capability & Quality Manager will be responsible for translating the Customer Value & Service capability strategy into effective learning, coaching, quality-assurance and developmental frameworks

* Proven experience of leading, coaching, or supervising others
* Strong system, data, and operational knowledge
* Ability to manage performance and support development

What you will be doing:
* Using data, reporting, and insight to drive improvements
* Designing and embedding training, coaching, and QA frameworks
* Taking ownership of ongoing development
