The company operates at the forefront of highly controlled, high-performance environments, delivering bespoke, turnkey design-and-construct solutions for technically demanding and regulated markets.This role offers the opportunity to work directly with world-leading end-user clients on complex, high-spec projects, refining your technical expertise while contributing to innovative and carefully engineered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign electrical building services systems including HV and LV distribution, lighting, fire alarms, structured cabling, and security systemsDevelop detailed electrical designs, specifications, and calculations with senior-engineer support where requiredSelect equipment and systems aligned with project, regulatory, and client requirementsCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulationsProduce construction-stage documentation including layout drawings, equipment schedules, and single-line diagramsManage electrical design elements through design, construction, and commissioning phasesCandidate ProfileDegree-qualified in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline3+ years’ experience in electrical building services designStrong understanding of electrical design principles, codes, and industry standardsAbility to think from first principles to deliver efficient, economical, and high-quality design solutionsBasic commercial awareness and understanding of project deliveryStrong communication and coordination skillsProficiency in tools such as Trimble (Amtech), Dialux/Relux, ExcelWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BluebeamFull UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer31 days’ annual leave (inclusive of public holidays)Annual bonus linked to company performanceLife insuranceCompany pension schemeEmployee discount programmeReferral schemeSubsidised health assessments Salary: up to 60k Location: Glasgow Type: permanentSUBMIT CV
