Digital Programs Director

Starfish Search is supporting a London Borough to appoint an Interim Digital Programme Manager to lead the delivery of key digital transformation activity across a range of service areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead delivery of digital programmes and system implementations Manage multiple projects across different stages of delivery Work with stakeholders to define scope, plans and priorities Oversee timelines, budgets, risks and delivery outcomes Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers Support change, adoption and service improvement About You: Experience delivering digital programmes in a local authority or public sector organisation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects Ability to oversee suppliers and delivery partners Good understanding of governance and delivery frameworks Strong organisation and problem-solving skills Due to high application volume, we may not respond to every applicant individually.
