Printing Finisher - (Burton-on-Trent) Location: Burton-on-Trent Position: Printing Finisher Type: Full-time (Temp to Perm available) Shifts: Rotating Shifts or Static Nights Pay: NLW with Shift Allowence About the Role: Our client is currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Printing Finisher to join their team in Burton-on-Trent. This role involves working within a busy print environment, ensuring all printed materials are finished to a high standard and ready for dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Operating finishing equipment such as guillotines, laminators, and binding machines Cutting, trimming, folding, and assembling printed products Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch Supporting the wider production team where required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a printing or finishing role Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn What's on Offer: Opportunity to secure a permanent role Ongoing training and development Friendly and supportive team environmentThe Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
