Location: Aston, Birmingham Start: Sept 2026 Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday Zest Education are currently recruiting for a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to join a well-established Primary School in Birmingam. Key Responsibilities: * Provide front-of-house support, greeting visitors and answering calls. * Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry and correspondence. * Support with attendance processes, pupil records and admissions administration. * Assist with organising school events, meetings and communications. * Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with safeguarding requirements. * Offer day-to-day support to senior leaders and the wider office team. What You Will Need: * An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one). * To be a confident communicator with a calm, professional approach. * Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting. * Experience with school systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom). The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
