In this varied role, you will support both the delivery of Connected Services projects and ongoing technical support operations. You'll work closely with engineering, product, IT, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance of connected fleet solutions. This will involve troubleshooting technical issues, supporting platform rollouts, managing systems and data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also gain exposure to international projects and benefit from strong training and progression opportunities.
This role would suit an engineer with experience in cloud platforms, IoT, telematics, or technical support, who is looking to grow their career within a forward-thinking and expanding organisation.
The Role:
- Provide technical support for connected platforms and devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and cloud-based issues
- Assist with project delivery, rollouts, and system management
- Collaborate with internal teams and support service improvements

The Person:
- Experience with cloud, IoT, or telematics systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Familiar with ticketing tools and basic networking concepts
- Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
- Commutable to Dartford
