Residential Property Lawyer | East London / Essex

A Top 50 UK law firm, renowned for its rapid growth and client centric approach, is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer with 1 years PQE + to join their expanding team on the fringes of East London.

The Role:

You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team handling a broad range of conveyancing work, including:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• New Build transactions
• Help to Buy & Shared Ownership schemes
• Islamic Finance
• Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement
• Equity Release
• Landed Estates

You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships and take ownership of files, with plenty of support from senior lawyers and the wider property team.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1 years PQE + in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical skills and a confident, proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service
• A collaborative mindset and ambition to grow within a high-performing team
