Traffic Marshall

Job role: 2x Traffic Marshall's Location: HS2 project - Birmingham, Coleshill and surrounding areas A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 5-7 years (HS2) Pay rate: £15.69 per hour PAYE Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) About the role: * Managed safe vehicle and plant movement on-site, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and site personnel. * Coordinated deliveries and directed traffic in accordance with site safety protocols. • Maintained clear communication with machine operators and site management to prevent accidents. * Direct the movement of vehicles and plant machinery on site. * Ensure safe access and egress for all site traffic. * Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers, and plant operators using radio. Support the logistics and site management team as required. * Maintain safety zones and ensuring pedestrian and traffic segregation. Must Have: - CPCS/ NPORS with CSCS logo Traffic Marshall - Blue or red ticket accepted - candidate must have a physical card (no letters awaiting ticket are acceptable) - Full UK Driving License Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm Overtime: Monday – Friday - Time and a third after 10 hours Nights – Time and a third Sat & Sunday and night all hours –Time and a half Pension Training and upskilling provided Safe working environment Life Insurance Secure regular income So, if you want to work for a main contractor that cares about their tradesperson, then this is your opportunity to apply and join the project now!
