Site Manager – Freelance (Long-Term Contract) Location: Aylesbury Area Rate: Negotiable Day Rate (DOE) We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term freelance opportunity based around the Aylesbury area. This role is ideal for a driven and proactive professional with a strong background working on HS2 projects. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel * Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and project requirements * Maintain accurate site records and reporting * Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Requirements: * Proven experience working on HS2 or major infrastructure projects * Valid CSCS Card * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification * First Aid at Work qualification * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Desirable: * Experience in landscaping, fencing, or arboriculture projects What’s on Offer: * Competitive and negotiable day rate * Long-term freelance contract with continuity of work * Opportunity to be part of a high-profile infrastructure programme If you meet the above criteria and are available for a new opportunity, we’d like to hear from you.
