Position: Building Manager
Location: Gallions 3B, London, E16 2HH
Working Hours: Monday Friday
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:
This role will be situated at 3B Gallions, a thriving new build estate located in the heart of East Londons Royal Docks. Currently comprising of 472 homes, the estate will continue to grow as part of a phased handover fostering a vibrant neighbourhood. Excellent transport links to Gallions Reach DLR station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Building Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Have experience working in a similar supervisory / managerial role within property / building management.
You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
You have a strong health and safety background, ensuring statutory compliance and keeping up to date with the changing legislation.
You have managed onsite projects either major works or new site mobilisation.
Youll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
Youll have experience managing staff and relevant employment related issues.
Youll have managed budgets and overall expenditure for a residential development, working closely with the Property Manager
You have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
Youll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment. Youll lead, engage and inspire others.
