Warehouse Operations Controller

Here at GXO, we are looking for a resilient, proactive Warehouse Operations Controller for our Greene King contract based in Greenford. You will optimise daily shifts and confidently deputise for the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you bring strong people development skills, and a methodical approach to operational excellence, this is your opportunity to lead a high-performing team! You’ll be accountable for the safe, compliant and efficient running of all operational departments during their shift. This includes full responsibility for people, stock, equipment, security, health & safety, and service delivery across warehouse and wider site operations.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday, rotating over 07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00 10:00-18:00 shift. You’ll need to be flexible with shifts to ensure consistent site leadership cover, including occasional weekend on-call duties.
