Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major highways project in Norfolk, working on a long-term infrastructure scheme with a strong pipeline of works. The Role: You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities on a busy highways project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. You’ll be working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and site management to maintain programme and quality. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise site operations across highways and civils works * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures * Coordinate subcontractors and labour on site * Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management * Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications * Assist with site documentation, permits, and reporting Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on highways or major civils projects * Strong knowledge of highways construction and site processes * SSSTS or SMSTS (essential) * CSCS card * First Aid (preferred) * Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme on site What’s on Offer: * Long-term 12-month contract * Immediate start * Competitive day rates (£230–£270) * Opportunity to work on a major infrastructure scheme If you are available immediately and have relevant highways experience, apply now or get in touch for more information
