Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out – Nationwide

Optio Resourcing is recruiting experienced Project Managers to deliver retail fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. We work with established retail contractors delivering for major UK retailers, supermarkets and high street brands.

About the Projects
The projects cover store refits, refurbishments, extensions, new store fit-outs and refrigeration works for major retailers. The work is fast-paced and often in live trading environments, with a mix of day and night works.

The Role

* Managing retail projects from pre-start through to handover

* Controlling programme, budget, quality and health and safety

* Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and supply chain

* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and store teams

* Producing progress reports and handover documentation

About You

* Proven Project Manager experience in retail fit-out or refurbishment

* Experience with major retailers or supermarkets, such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, M&S, ALDI or similar

* Comfortable delivering projects in live trading environments

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

* Full UK driving licence and willing to travel nationwide
