We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our HR team, based at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford International Airport.

\n

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with key business areas within our engineering function, providing strategic HR support, guidance, and coaching that enhances people capability and drives business performance. 

\n

What you’ll be doing:

  • \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our engineering teams. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nProvide expert advice and guidance on complex and escalated employee relations matters. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nLead, coach, and develop HR Officers to ensure high-quality support is delivered to managers. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nSupport and lead HR projects that contribute to business development and the overall HR strategy. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nPartner with wider HR teams to ensure effective delivery of employee lifecycle and people-related activities. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nAct as the first point of contact for organisational change initiatives. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nDesign and deliver HR training for managers on policies, procedures, and people management best practice. \n

\n\n

What you’ll bring: 

\n

    \n
  • \nProven HR business partnering experience within a fast-paced environment. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nExperience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nStrong commercial awareness and strategic thinking. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nAbility to balance business risk with practical HR solutions. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nExcellent communication and relationship management skills. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nStrong coaching and mentoring capability. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nUp-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nStrong project and change management skills. \n

\n\n

    \n
  • \nCIPD qualified (or equivalent) would be advantageous \n

\n\n

Experience gained within an airline business would be highly beneficial, however is not essential.
