About the role
A Northwest Public Sector organisation is looking to appoint an Estates Surveyor on a 6-month interim contract.
The role will focus on managing a varied commercial property portfolio, with duties including:
* Handling landlord and tenant matters such as lease events, rent reviews, arrears and lettings
* Supporting the ongoing management of the estate
* Progressing property disposals
Candidate requirements:
* MRICS is required
* Registered Valuer status is not essential
* Strong estates management background is needed; experience within a Public Sector environment would be beneficial but isn’t a must.
Working pattern:
* Predominantly remote, with attendance in the office around once or twice per week
* The client is open to both full-time and part-time applicants depending on experience
