The responsibilities of theQuantity Surveyor are: Managing multiple social housing contracts Taking full commercial ownership of your own projects Handling cost control, valuations, and reporting Working with coding systems and applications Supporting contract delivery from start to finish Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has: Proven experience as a QS (ideally in social housing) Ability to manage several contracts simultaneously Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Confident working independently and taking initiative In return, theQuantity Surveyor will recieve: Annual salary £50,000 Car allowance Pension xwzovoh scheme Full time, permanent employment Strong opportunities for career progression Stable, permanent position within a growing business Location and travel This is an office based role, where you can chose to work out of the Wisbech office or Needham Market office.
