Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Toddler Room Leader (ages 23) to join our expanding nursery team.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development
  • Leading your team to ensure high-quality engagement with children
  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment
  • Managing daily care routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep times
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observing and assessing childrens progress, keeping accurate records
  • Communicating effectively xwzovoh with parents about their childs day and development
What Were Looking For
  • Experience working with young children (particularly ages 23)
  • A passionate, caring, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
