Sales Administrator

A Manufacturing client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to: Providing administrative and sales support to the Flooring Team Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email Liaising with customers and providing a high level of customer service Processing orders accurately and efficiently Assisting with estimating and preparing quotations Maintaining accurate records and inputting data onto computer systems Preparing, printing, copying and distributing documents Carrying out general office and administrative duties as requiredSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role: Previous experience in a sales, administration or customer service role Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office Ability to process information accurately and meet deadlines A positive, professional and team-focused approachIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Sales Assistant position, please apply with your CV and Laura will be in touch. #officejobs
