KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \n \n \n Inspect, service and maintain commercial gas appliances, central heating plant and plant room equipment. \n Attend reactive, diagnostic and emergency repair calls. \n Carry out fault-finding, repairs and maintenance on commercial heating and hot water systems. \n Install commercial gas appliances, central heating plant and associated plant room equipment. \n Participate in a 1-in-4 emergency callout rota. \n Commercial Gas Safe registration. \n Relevant Commercial Gas qualifications. \n Experience within commercial mechanical services, heating and hot water systems. \n Strong experience in commercial gas servicing, maintenance and fault-finding. \n Domestic Gas, Industrial Gas, Gas Catering or LPG qualifications would be advantageous, depending on the role and work undertaken. \n Full, current UK driving licence. \n Must be able to successfully complete a DBS check, subject to the requirements of the role and client sites. \n \n SALARY & BENEFITS \n Our client is offering a salary of £43,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. \n 1-in-4 callout rota. \n 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. \n Private Medical Cover. \n Employee Assistance Programme. \n Critical Illness Cover. \n Insured health cover for up to 2 years of sickness, subject to criteria. \n Cycle to Work scheme. \n Company Sick Pay after 12 months of service, subject to criteria. \n Long Service Holiday - 1 additional day's holiday after 3 years of service. \
