We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead a high-performing Industrial & Logistics recruitment branch in Corby. The Role: You will take full responsibility for an established and successful branch, leading from the front while coaching and developing a team of 5 Recruitment Consultants. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be heavily involved in: * Driving business development activity * Growing and developing existing client relationships * Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team * Delivering branch growth and performance targets * Identifying new opportunities within the Industrial & Logistics sector * Maintaining high service standards for both clients and candidates We are looking for a manager who is commercially driven, enjoys winning business, and can inspire a team through strong leadership and example.
