We are looking for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Director to lead the F&B operation at a vibrant lifestyle hotel in London Shoreditch.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the overall performance, development and day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving commercial results.

The Role

• Lead and inspire the hotel's F&B teams across multiple outlets and experiences.
• Take ownership of F&B operations, standards, service and guest experience.
• Drive revenue, profitability, cost control and overall commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain high standards of food, beverage and service.
• Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team on strategy and business performance.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop a strong F&B leadership team.
• Create a positive, engaging and high-performance culture.
• Support events, activations and new F&B initiatives within the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing requirements.

The Person

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded F&B leader with previous experience at Director or senior F&B management level, ideally within a busy lifestyle, luxury, boutique or high-volume hotel environment.
