Bartender

We're looking for bartenders to join the opening team of a new cocktail bar in Shoreditch.

We're creating a bar that focuses on great hospitality, attention to detail and memorable guest experiences. Whether you've worked in cocktail bars, hotels or restaurants, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy looking after guests and want to be part of something from the beginning.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and serving cocktails to a high standard.
• Delivering warm, genuine hospitality.
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar throughout service.
• Learning the menu and the stories behind the drinks.
• Working closely with the rest of the team to create a great atmosphere.

We're looking for someone who:

• Previous bartending experience.
• Is passionate about cocktails and hospitality.
• Enjoys working in a busy team environment.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Has the right to work in the UK.

Cocktail experience is a plus, but attitude, willingness to learn and personality are just as important.
