- Are completing or have recently completed a UK-recognised teacher training programme leading to QTS
- Hold a 2:1 or above in Physics or a related discipline from a reputable university, ideally Russell Group
- Have gained secondary school teaching experience through UK placements or an ECT year, with clear evidence of structured lessons and pupil progress
- Can work confidently and constructively within an established whole-school behaviour framework
- Are fully entitled to work in the UK - the school cannot offer visa sponsorship
