Are you a experienced Learning and Development Coordinator looking for your next step in your career? SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a longstanding client in Tewkesbury.

You will work closely with managers and teams to coordinate training initiatives, identify development needs, and ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00
- 16:30 (flexibility required) Salary: £30,400k per annum Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain training schedules and records for the company Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and plan development activities Support apprenticeships, inductions, and internal training programs Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives Liaise with internal teams and external training providers What Were Looking For: Experience in a training, L&D, or coordination role Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Strong communication skills with a people-focused approach Ability xwzovoh to work independently and adapt to changing priorities A full driving license and willingness to occasionally travel to different sites If you are highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting learning and development, we would love to hear from you.
