Midweight Interior Designer (Hospitality + Revit)

The Crowd has partnered with a sought after, international luxury interiors studio that are looking for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their team in central London. A studio that prides themselves on creating atmospheric spaces that are tailored to the context and the client’s needs and are expanding fast within the hospitality design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Through conceptual changes, you would be responsible for the development of initial briefs and pitching to clients through planning, sketching and rendering along with the wider team
• You would be responsible for FF&E, procurement and specifications on projects
• You would be confident in presenting ideas and passionate about joining in discussions with the wider team
• Through design development stages you would refine, review and implement interior and architectural finishes
• Liaise with MEP, lighting and structural consultants
• Working with the project management team and external suppliers, you would be responsible for creating bespoke joinery and furniture items
• Strong experience in drawing packages and detailing from concept stages to construction documentation

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Experience working on luxury hospitality, hotel or F&B projects is a must for this role
• At least 3 years relevant professional experience
• Great visual and verbal communication
• A creative and proactive designer who shows passion for creative concepts
• Experience working with Rhino, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe is also highly desirable
• Experience in 3D software and rendering is preferable
