Kingston Upon Thames (3 days office / 2 days home)

£40,000 – £60,000 + 10% monthly bonus (c. £2k/month based on £20k billings)

We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) into their growing Wills & Probate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation, loyal client base, and real scope to increase your earnings through a transparent bonus structure.

The Role

You’ll be managing a varied and interesting caseload including:

• Wills
• Probate & Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Court of Protection matters

You’ll be expected to bill around £20k per month, with a clear 10% bonus structure directly linked to your performance.

There is also the opportunity to get involved in Family Law work if this is of interest, as part of a shared department. xwzovoh

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Private Client
• Strong experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs, and estate matters
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Commercially aware and motivated by performance-based earnings
