Personal Injury Litigator – Leading Social Justice Firm (London)

I’m working with a long‑established, ethically driven firm known for standing up for individuals in high‑stakes situations. They have a national profile, a strong social‑justice ethos, and a track record of running impactful, often high‑profile cases.

They’re now looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator to join their team, with between 1-3years PQE.

What you’ll handle: A mixed caseload across EL/PL, some RTA, and predominantly Fast Track work, with the chance to take on Intermediate and occasional Multi Track matters as you progress. The work is varied, meaningful, and genuinely interesting.

What they’re looking for:

• A confident litigator with solid PI experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience using the MOJ portals
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload through a case management system
• Someone who cares about delivering an excellent client experience
