Are you an experienced optical professional ready to lead a thriving practice and make a real impact? We’re looking for a passionate Practice Manager to inspire our team in our fabulous Northcote Road practice (SW11 6QU) and help us deliver truly exceptional client care. This role is full time - 5 days / 40 hours per week 9am - 5:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday).

The Role

As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the practice—leading your team, shaping performance, and ensuring every client receives first-class care from the moment they walk through the door.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
• Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
• Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
• Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
• Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplace

• FBDO qualification (highly desirable)
