About the Marketing Project Co
- ordinator role: We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Project Co-ordinator to support the planning and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and events at Blackpool and The Fylde College.
You'll play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is well-coordinated, delivered on time, and aligned with the College's strategic priorities, particularly around student recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities of our Marketing Project Co
- ordinator: Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and projects, working across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure activities are delivered to plan, on time, and to brief.
Manage project plans, timelines, and reporting, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and supporting performance insights and post-campaign evaluation.
Oversee marketing budgets and spend, including purchase orders, supplier processes, and financial tracking, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best value procurement.
Plan and coordinate marketing-led events, such as Adult Open Events and College celebration events, managing logistics, suppliers, materials, and event budgets.
Provide essential operational and administrative support, including maintaining marketing assets and documentation, scheduling and minuting meetings, managing key actions, and overseeing the marketing stores and assets.
