WHAT IS A BRAND REPRESENTATIVE AT RELAY DIRECT?

You're the human extension of some of the UK's most trusted consumer brands. As a Brand Representative, your energy, professionalism, and people skills don't just make sales — they shape how millions of customers feel about the brands they love.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Represent top UK consumer brands at customer engagement events and campaigns
• Communicate brand values, products, and benefits clearly and compellingly
• Build meaningful customer interactions that generate both sales and brand loyalty
• Attend briefings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews with the team
• Develop into a senior ambassador, team leader, or campaign manager

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and naturally comfortable in front of people
• Previous experience in events, promotions, retail, or entertainment is ideal
• A personal brand built on positivity, professionalism, and a winning attitude
• A drive to earn well and grow fast through performance
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
