HR Business Partner

You'll provide expert HR guidance, drive key people initiatives, and help deliver a high-performing and engaged workforce. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders on employee relations, performance, talent and organisational change.Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice and support.Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.Support workforce planning, organisational development and engagement initiatives.Work closely with specialist HR teams to deliver effective people solutions.Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence positive outcomes.Operate confidently within a unionised environment.About YouCIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience.Proven HR generalist background within a large, complex organisation.Strong knowledge of UK employment law.Experience managing employee relations, performance and talent issues.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.Comfortable using data and insight to support decision-making.Ideal to have experience in a unionised, operational or safety-critical environment.Be able to work 3 days in the office located in Hounslow.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working at pace, partnering with senior stakeholders and making a tangible impact on business performance.Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
