DSC Nutrition are a growing business based in Horndean, Hampshire which produces and packs nutrition supplements in the form of tablets, capsules and powders. Role Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team as a Industrial Hygiene Technician on either the night shift position (8pm to 6am) or a late shift (2pm to 10:30pm) to ensure machines are kept clean and reliable. Responsibilities - Industrial Hygiene Technician The successful candidate will be working closely with the Production Team Leaders and Technical operators to take apart and clean the tablet presses / capsule fillers - helping to keep us running hygienically and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be used to working with machinery and have the ability to strip down machines, clean and reassemble. Full training will be provided but basic experience is required. Requirements * Someone who is used to working with machinery, i.e. stripping down, cleaning and reassembling. * Strong attention to detail * Previous experience cleaning in commercial environments such as factories, hotels or pubs. * Ability to work independently * Any mechanical NVQ + would be an advantage What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay with an increase after successful training. * Permanent contract with fixed hours and opportunities for overtime * Supportive team and culture
