Responsibilities
- Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working.
- Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution.
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practices.
- Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation.
Requirements
- Agile Transformation experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile transformation in Financial Services.
- Ability to work in high‑paced environment.
- SAFE accreditation.
- Strong excel skills.
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in Agile Transformation within Financial Services, utilizing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and maturity in Agile practices. Strong coaching abilities to develop teams and leaders in Agile methodologies and principles.
