Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Support a child-centred approach to learning and development
• Identify and maximise learning opportunities throughout daily routines
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and wellbeing

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working across Early Years age groups
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning
