A very rare opportunity for a paralegal to join this elite US law firm in the corporate finance team.

The Team

You can look forward to joining a small team of transactional paralegals and working closely with the finance team. The other paralegals will have their team, ie M&A or PE.

As a paralegal in this team you will be highly regarded by the associates and partners, including for example being named on deal sheets.

The Role

You can look forward to a hands on role, as well as managing all the administrative side of the paralegal role, and duties may include:

• Due diligence
• Company secretarial support including drafting board minutes and written resolutions
• Managing Companies House filings and searches
• Managing signings and Docusign executions
• Data room administration
• Creating bibles
• Legal and factual research
• Preparing documents

The Requirements

• Law degree / GDL / SQE
• 1+ years of corporate or finance paralegal experience
• Willingness to work long hours when the deal requires
