Site Manager

No2 Site Manager wanted - 1 year long contract Our client are a leading high specification developer who are seeking an experinced Site Manager of Assistant to elp with a new development they have in Hampshire. Focusing mainly on internals you will work closely with both the Senior Site Manager and Senior managament team to finish each homes which which will be completed to the highest of standards. Listed below are some of the duties you will be expected to carry out. Dutes and responsibilities: * Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects * Lead day-to-day site activity including health & safety and making sure quality standards are maintained * Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are adhered to and achieved * Maintain a clean, well-presented site that is expected of the company’s projects * Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners * Make sure each unit is finished to the highest of quality and within the targets and deadlines set. Experience & Qualifications * Previous experince working for another well established developer * SSSTS or SMSTS * First Aid
