Credit Control Supervisor

Our client is a large, global real estate data insights business who are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join their team in London. The business is known for owning multiple property related digital platforms and operates on a B2B structure.Duties:* Accountable for improving AR performance though concise AR Aging metrics.* Identify and resolve customer issues related to slow pay or non-payment of invoices through pro-active communication with clients and the sales team. * Assist the Credit Control Manager with Aged Debt reporting.* Conduct regional reviews with credit controllers.* Become proficient in understanding of company A/R-Collections life cycle, especially related to root cause analysis and AR aging prevention within a 3-month time frame.* Coordinate and escalate slow or non-pay accounts at 60-days thresholds with sales organisation and AR Management for support.* Balance portfolio performance with supporting occasional projects and ad hoc reporting requests.* Lead proactive meetings with sales leaders regards past due accounts.Benefits:Role: Senior Credit Controller Location: Southwark, London Hybrid structure : 5 days in the office - 9am - 5pmSalary: DOE Holidays: 25 days + bank holidaysBenefits:Private medical and dental insurance Pension- employer 5% : employee 5%Summer partiesLuxury office space with canteen/menu rotation Interview process:1st stage - Virtual with Credit Control Manager2nd stage - In-person with Credit Control Manager and HRRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
