At Truline, we're looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our transport team and play a key role in the day-to-day success of our operation.

The Role
As Transport Supervisor, you'll support the running of our transport operation, ensuring our drivers, vehicles and customers receive the highest level of service.
This is a varied role that combines operational leadership with the opportunity to influence future improvements across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising the day-to-day transport operation
Supporting and motivating a small team of drivers
Ensuring compliance with transport legislation and company procedures
Managing driver communications, briefings and debriefs
Supporting route planning and operational efficiency
Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Investigating and resolving operational issues when they arise
Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer service
Contributing ideas and recommendations that support the ongoing development of the transport function
Supporting wider business objectives through both operational and strategic involvement
About You
We're looking for an individual who:
Has experience within transport, logistics or distribution
Enjoys a hands-on operational role
Is confident leading and supporting people
Values teamwork and understands the importance of working collaboratively
Can build strong relationships with drivers, customers and colleagues
Has strong organisational and communication skills
Takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Is working towards their Transport Manager CPC qualification or has recently achieved it
Is keen to continue developing their career within transport management
