Design & Build Coordinator / Assistant Design Manager South Yorkshire Permanent | Competitive Salary + Package An established regional construction contractor with a strong track record delivering Design & Build projects across the commercial, industrial and logistics sectors is looking to appoint a Design & Build Coordinator / Assistant Design Manager. The business delivers technically complex schemes and offers a stable pipeline of secured work, working closely with consultants, specialists and site teams from pre‑construction through to handover. The Role You will support the management of the design process across live projects, coordinating consultants, managing design information and ensuring delivery aligns with programme, buildability and contractor obligations under a Design & Build procurement route.
