Project Running Architect | Newcastle upon Tyne | £38,000 – £45,000 I’m currently working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice in Newcastle that is looking to appoint a Project Running Architect to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects within a collaborative studio known for delivering high-quality, contemporary architecture across a range of sectors. The Role You will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to delivery, with a particular focus on later RIBA stages. What’s on Offer Salary between £38,000 – £45,000. Responsibilities include Running projects across RIBA stages 3–6. Managing client relationships and coordinating consultants. Producing and overseeing detailed technical information. Supporting and mentoring junior team members. About You ARB registered Architect with UK experience. Proven track record of running projects independently. Strong technical ability, particularly in delivery stages. Proficiency in Revit (preferred). Confident communicator and team player.
